Gretchel is a wife, mother of two adult sons, and grandmother.
Additionally, Gretchel A. Johnson, CPCC is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach; credential widely recognized as the most prestigious and rigorous in the coaching industry. This certification is also recognized around the world by the International Coach Federation the international governing body for professional coaches.

She owned and managed two salons and one spa for over 22 years. Coming from a diverse background she studied psychology at Midwestern State University, travelled nationally as an educator with a national hair care manufacturer (holding a cosmetology instructors license). She earned a degree in naturopathy, and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. earned a non-secular doctoral degree in philosophy; specializing in holistic life counseling at University of Sedona.
Gretchel draws from real life experiences, business background, and intuition to serve, support and get deeper in touch with her clients. She is a workshop leader, and her enlivened workshops are inspiring and memorable; her approach while calming and centering, is enlightening and impactful. Working with Gretchel, people learn how to get " unstuck and get moving."
Briefly, in her everyday life she practices the principles of coaching whether with clients or not, principles such as being curious, listening for that something that's not being spoken, and trusting intuition.
