WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You (the client) are the "star" in the Co-Active model of coaching, and in the heart of your life lives the three core principles of Fullfillment, Balance, and Process.  All of the specific items you bring to the coaching experience such as: feeling stuck, mid-life transitions,  relationships, well-being, career, family - all lead to the core principals.

  • In Co-Active Coaching the premise is everyone is naturally creative, resourceful and whole.
  • Coaching is a partnership that begins with an alliance between coach and client for the sole purpose of meeting the clients needs. 
  • The initial appointment (discovery session) is where the alliance is created to allow the space where trust is developed.  There are a number of attributes that insure that the space is safe, caring and without judgement.
  • The attributes are: confidentiality - you can be assured that what is said in the coaching sessions will be held in strict confidence, tell the truth quick and fast - it is essential to build trust and strength in the relationship to effect the change necessary in your life. And another is accountability - which stems from these questions:

             1.  What are you going to do?
             2.  By when will you do this?
             3.  How will I know?
