Coaching begins with a two hour in-take session designed to create an alliance and in doing so it establishes a safe place for all of your emotions to land - always. All information is kept in strict confidence, and all sessions are conducted via telephone in 30 minute segments three times per month or two 45 minutes sessions twice per month. The greatest benefit is realized with a minimum of a three to six months committment.

Relax, get comfortable, and find a quiet place to be peaceful - you are encouraged to create an extra special ambience for yourself. You will experience modalities designed to calm the body, mind, and soul, while creating a deeper awarness.

"Just In Time" Coaching
You must have completed a minimum of one month of coaching to enjoy the benefits of this "Just In Time" process. This program requires that you already know the process and how it's implemented. This is a 30 minute session utilized for any situation presenting itself in you life, and you know that the process of coaching would be an excellent opportunity to move through it.
